Things You Need To Know!
We ship freshly baked cookies and brownies once every week. All treats are made fresh each week and individually sealed for maximum freshness.
Once received, follow the included reheat instructions to enjoy that perfect gooey texture we’re known for!
Shipping Details:
•All orders are shipped using 2-3 priority through USPS or UPS.
•Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
I entered the wrong information contact…Can I change my information?
If we notice the mistake before your shipping label has been purchased, we can update your address or give you a full refund, allowing you to reorder. HOWEVER, once the items are shipped, we cannot provide refunds or reshipments due to your fault.
Can I Change My Order After I’ve Ordered?
Yes, you can modify your order within 48 hours of placing it. However, please note that if your items have already been baked or the labels purchased, changes or refunds cannot be accommodated. If your request is made close to our cutoff, remember that any change must be submitted at least 48 hours before the Saturday cutoff; otherwise, your order will be dispatched the following week.
Ordering for a Special Occasion?
If you’re placing an order for a special occasion, please make sure to read our shipping policy carefully to understand when your order is expected to arrive. We are not responsible for timing related to birthdays, holidays, or special events, as shipping carriers can be unpredictable and delays are out of our control.
Once your treats arrive, use the reheat instructions included in your package for the full effect.
Please Note:
Orders are shipped once a week.
•If you place your order before Saturday, it will be dispatched the following week (the next following Tuesday).
•If you place your order after Saturday, your order will be sent out the week after that.
I’m Going on Vacation—Will My Cookies Arrive in Time?
All of our cookies are baked fresh and shipped the next day. If you’re unsure whether your order will arrive before your trip, we recommend waiting to make sure your treats don’t sit while you’re away.
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept last-minute cancellations. With the high volume of orders we receive, even a single cancellation can create a significant strain on our operations. Once an order is placed, labels are purchased and boxes are printed with your name. This process helps reduce our product costs, so cancellations directly impact our production efficiency.
My cookies are still in transit. What can I do?
We use priority shipping via USPS-UPS. If your package has been in transit for more than 4 days, please feel free to contact us at idella.industries@gmail.com

What’s the shelf life on my baked goods?
For the best taste and quality, we recommend eating the cookies up to 7 days after delivery using the reheat instructions provided in your package, as well as the freezing instructions.
Nut Allergy Info
Unfortunately, we are not a nut‑free environment, so if you have a tree nut allergy, we do not recommend placing an order. Due to our menu changing frequently, please check if our cookies contain nuts before purchasing. Depending on the cookie type, you might be able to order!
